Service provider

The Mansap service is provided by ИП Mansap, an individual entrepreneur. In these Terms, “Mansap”, “we” and “us” refer to ИП Mansap.

Mansap is intended for users aged 18 and over.

Service

Mansap helps you organize professional information, create vacancy-tailored resumes and cover letters, and practice interviews with AI coaching. You remain responsible for reviewing every generated document and recommendation before using or sharing it.

AI processing with OpenAI

By accepting these Terms and requesting an AI feature, you authorize Mansap to send OpenAI the profile and resume content, vacancy text, chat messages, interview answers and instructions needed to perform that request. OpenAI processes this information outside Kazakhstan. You can view, edit manually and download saved data without requesting new AI processing. Do not provide other people’s personal data unless you are entitled to do so. Mansap requests that API responses are not stored (store: false); this does not eliminate OpenAI’s separate security and abuse-monitoring retention. Your responsibilities

Provide only information and files you are entitled to use, keep your account secure, and do not use the service to misrepresent qualifications, violate another person’s rights, probe the service, evade limits, or create unlawful content.

AI-generated content, match and coaching

AI output and automated checks may contain errors or omit relevant information. Review dates, employers, achievements, contacts, translations, and suggested interview answers. Match scores and interview scores are guidance based on the supplied vacancy, Profile, and your answer - not guarantees of interviews, employment, ATS acceptance, or employer decisions.

Free access and limits

Free access allows up to 50 AI actions per day and 200 per calendar month. Data processing has a separate allowance of 100 per day and 300 per month. The AI budget depends on your account type. The first reached limit pauses AI. See Account for your account type and daily and monthly usage percentages. Limits reset at midnight UTC and the start of the calendar month. File storage allows 10 resume uploads per rolling 24 hours, up to 10 MB each.

Paid subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

When paid subscriptions become available, Pro Monthly renews every month and Pro Quarterly renews every three months until canceled. The price, billing interval, payment provider and applicable payment terms are shown before purchase. You can cancel before the next renewal to prevent further charges and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Our Refund Policy sets out the 14-day first-payment guarantee, accidental renewal refunds and other refund conditions. For cancellation or refund requests, contact support@mansap.ai.

Availability and enforcement

The service may change, experience interruptions, or temporarily limit AI features. We may suspend abusive or unsafe activity and may discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

Ownership

You retain rights to the information you provide and the documents generated from it. Mansap retains rights to its software, interface, and branding.
