Upload does not finish

Use a genuine PDF or DOCX file smaller than 10 MB. Your file remains saved if AI extraction fails, so you can retry it without uploading again.

Resume generation takes a long time

Only one resume is generated at a time. Its progress is shown while you wait. When it is ready, it opens automatically and is saved in Resumes.

Match is unavailable

If the AI comparison cannot be completed, your previous match score is kept. If there is no previous score, the match is shown as unavailable. Use Recalculate match to try again. Your resume remains saved and can still be downloaded.

How AI interview practice works

Open a saved resume and choose Start AI interview. Mansap uses that vacancy, your saved resume, and verified Profile facts to ask questions without a fixed limit. Continue practicing or discussing the role, and choose Finish when you are ready. After every answer it shows a 1-5 score, what worked, what to improve, and a stronger truthful answer. Progress is saved automatically.

PDF or DOCX cannot be saved

Save manual edits, then open Preview & download. Resumes longer than two pages can be downloaded in full as PDF or DOCX. The exported file uses the saved Resume text.

AI limits

Free access allows up to 50 AI actions per day and 200 per calendar month. Data processing has a separate allowance of 100 per day and 300 per month. The AI budget depends on your account type. The first reached limit pauses AI. See Account for your account type and daily and monthly usage percentages. Limits reset at midnight UTC and the start of the calendar month. File storage allows 10 resume uploads per rolling 24 hours, up to 10 MB each.
